90 Day Wellbeing Journal


A 3 month, daily journal to complete that will help you reflect on your thoughts, emotions and feelings. The emphasis is on gratitude and how this can help cultivate more joy in your life.

Each page is then designed to increase your self awareness, recognise any negative belief’s and enable you to create positive affirmations and develop your attitude for gratitude!

There is then plenty of space left to brain dump all your thoughts about your day. Clearing your mind for a peaceful nights sleep or for a more focused, peaceful day ahead of you.
